Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that 24 hours notice be given where possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment, as this allows other clients ample time to fill the vacancy. If you cancel your appointment within 3 hours of your scheduled time, or you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for your consultation. This fee can be paid at the time of your next appointment, or an invoice mailed to you directly.
We will send SMS notifications the day before your scheduled time to help remind you, however please ensure your next appointment is written down or entered into your calendar before you leave. Our time management is always a priority to ensure you receive a suitable treatment and are not left waiting to see your therapist. To help us reduce waiting times for others, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive late, you will receive a shorter treatment or will need to be rescheduled at an extra cost to you.
Private health fund rebates apply for physiotherapy and massage services, and can be rebated on the spot using HICAPS.
WORKCOVER/TAC/DVA/Medicare Billing Policy: Due to shortfalls in the fees paid by compensable bodies, we now require you to pay for your treatment in full on the day, which you can then claim back from the appropriate body. We will ensure the necessary paperwork is completed and receipts provided to allow you to claim your portion of the fee. Please let us know if you have any concerns or questions about this policy.
A doctor's referral is not necessary to receive physiotherapy services.
