Please Note: Errors with HealthEngine Bookings

We have noticed an increased number of errors where clients wanting to book for a particular day end up with an appointment on a different day. We believe this is an issue with HealthEngine not returning to the top of the booking page, so please scroll back up the top to view all appointments.

Please double check all your appointment details (Day/Time/Practitioner/Appointment type) before you confirm.

If you cannot find a suitable time on our online portal, please call us on 86400328 to see if we can find a solution for you.

How to prepare for your Appointment

At Elite Sports Physiotherapy we always aim to be running on time for appointments, however due to various circumstances this can often be difficult. Please help us by aiming to arrive for your appointment 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

If you are visiting Elite Sports Physiotherapy for the first time, allow 30-40 minutes for your consultation, and please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to fill out the necessary registration forms.

Depending on the nature of your injury, you may be required to remove items of clothing to help your therapist assess the area of interest. We will always endeavour to make you feel comfortable during the consultation, and if you prefer you may bring an appropriate change of clothes (shorts/singlets etc).

If you have any queries please feel free to call us!

Due to Stage 4 COVID restrictions, we have been advised to minimise face to face consultations to only people requiring urgent care.

What qualifies as urgent care?

  • Pain is severely affecting your quality of life
  • Pain or disability will severely deteriorate without care
  • Pain or disability is hindering your essential work
  • Pain or disability is affecting you ability to provide care

To ensure we abide by these rules, all enquiries will be triaged over the phone to determine suitability.   For this reason, our online booking system has been disabled until further notice.

If further assessment is required, either a Telehealth consultation will be suggested to investigate the symptoms and provide advice on how to best self-manage, or your physiotherapist will suggest an in-rooms consultation. Face-to-Face consultations will be available on Monday and Thursday only.

For more information please call our reception on 8640 0328, or email

Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause to you or your standard of care.
