Focus on your Rehabilitation

As you are recovering from your injury, your physiotherapist will give you exercises to help manage the issues involved. You may be required to use certain equipment including weights and cardio equipment to help aid your recovery, as guided by your physiotherapist. If you require more attentive guidance whilst using gym equipment, it is highly recommended that you engage the services of a Personal Trainer to ensure that all exercises are done correctly and safely.  For recommendations for these services, please speak to your physiotherapist.
