Focus on your Rehabilitation

Treatment is likely to involve the use of osteopathic techniques within the treatment room combined with a more specific exercise based program using gym equipment. The aim is to return to full physical activity.

As you are recovering from your injury, your therapist will give you exercises to help manage the issues involved. You may be required to use certain equipment including weights and cardio equipment to help aid your recovery, as guided by your therapist. If you require more attentive guidance whilst using gym equipment, it is highly recommended that you engage the services of a Personal Trainer to ensure that all exercises are done correctly and safely.
